Starting in 2013, serving the then leader of retail Debenhams PLC, This family run business, founded by Peter and Elizabeth Johnson, quickly became a go to Electrical and Mechanical Service provider for major retail on the High street. Back then the company focused almost entirely on complex electrical installation and maintenance, but since than has grown in to a market leading property M&E and FM provider across the UK. 

Johnsons now cover all aspects of Electrical, Mechanical and Facilities Maintenance for household names such as Gap retail and Leeds Building Society, but also pride ourselves in carrying out services for private commercial clients, landlords and social housing providers, regardless of size or sector, ensuring we give all the same high quality, cost effective service. 

based in the North of England, not far from Leeds centre, with easy access to the motorway networks, we serve the entire Yorkshire area, and can provide contract works to the whole of the UK, seven days a week, all year round.

Pete Johnson.

Founder of the Johnsons Group and Group Managing Director. Pete oversees the day to day operations of the business as a whole. With over 25 years of technical experience in FM, Pete is actively involved in the FM delivery.

Liz Johnson.

Co-founder and Group Finance Director. Liz oversees all aspects of the company’s financial systems, supply chain and day to day administration of the company’s operations. 

Operations Manager. Dave is responsible for the delivery of technical services for both FM and Project work and is the direct link between the client, the site teams and the management team.

Intelligent Management.

Our CAFM System (Computer-Aided Facilities Management), offers our clients an always available work management platform, on which they can live track all aspects of their property maintenance and construction project management.

This one click system, allows clients to keep detailed records of financial information, job progress and completion, compliance records and certification and essential asset information. Making planned maintenance and property safety compliance simple, and guaranteeing an open and detailed portal for communication throughout all of your projects. 

This not only easily manages the entire life cycle of you work orders; it enables data driven decision making, automates PPM task management and enhances daily productivity by cutting management time.
